Batool holds a BA in Law from Birzeit University, with a minor in International Relations, and is a licensed attorney registered with the Palestinian Bar Association. She has pursued specialized training in commercial law, labor law, enforcement law, and Palestinian monetary authority regulations, in addition to certifications in arbitration and alternative dispute resolution. She began her legal career as a trainee lawyer at Ayman Samara Law Office, where she gained hands-on experience in litigation and legal consultancy. She then joined Andersen as a legal trainee, further developing her expertise in corporate law and contract drafting. Following her admission to the Bar, she worked as a Legal Advisor at Rowad for Financing, where she focused on corporate agreements, debt recovery, and regulatory compliance in the financial sector. Currently, Batool serves as a Legal Advisor at Al Ahli Jordanian Bank, where she specializes in contract review, financial regulations, risk management, and institutional compliance. With a strong background in banking and commercial law, she plays a key role in ensuring the bank's legal integrity and regulatory adherence.
