Taghreed Naser

Taghreed Naser holds a master’s degree in Gender & Development Studies from Birzeit University and a master’s degree in Business Organization Strategy from the Università Politecnica delle Marche in Italy. She also earned a bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from the Arab American University in Jenin. With extensive experience in gender equality, social protection, and economic empowerment, Taghreed currently serves as the General Director of the Women’s Affairs Technical Committee (WATC). Throughout her career, she has led initiatives to promote women’s rights, political participation, and capacity building. She has held key roles at Management Systems International (MSI) and the Palestinian Employment Fund, specializing in grant management, program evaluation, and institutional development. As a consultant, she has conducted feasibility studies, policy research, and technical assessments for various NGOs and INGOs. Her work focuses on project management, civic engagement, and empowering communities through strategic development programs across Palestine.
