Ruba holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with a minor in Finance, as well as a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Birzeit University. With over 10 years of diverse finance experience spanning both the non-profit and private sectors, she has developed a strong foundation in financial management and strategic planning. Her role at a startup further enriched her professional journey, equipping her with essential skill sets beyond finance, such as advanced analytical thinking, problem-solving, and adaptability.
