Biography

Sahar Othman holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration, which she earned from Birzeit University in 2003. With over 20 years of experience in youth development, empowerment, and advocacy, Sahar is currently the Executive Director of the Palestinian Charity for Youth Economic Empowerment (CYEE). Throughout her distinguished career, she has dedicated her efforts to advancing social and economic youth participation, empowering women, and strengthening communities through capacity building. Additionally, Sahar has worked extensively to raise awareness of the rights of people with disabilities and marginalized groups, advocating for their inclusion and empowerment.
